Parents need children’s supplements to be effective but we need them to taste good too. The daily battle of parents cajoling, bribing and sometimes begging their child to take their supplements is not to be relished.
Here are some of my favourite supplements for children:
A perfect blend of tasty berries and good bacteria for the gut. One of these sachets donate 3 billion lactobacillus rhamnosus (great for allergies) to your little ones gut flora.
This is a perfect evening drink, slightly flavoured and contains L-theanine and magnesium to help your child to relax and unwind before bed. Really useful for winter and the run up to Christmas when excitement (about the impending visit of Santa) and cold nights combine. There’s also calcium in this so perfect for any child with a diet that contains less calcium.
This is my new favourite fish oil for two reasons. Firstly it has a good amount of DHA in it, helpful for anyone looking to improve cognition and mood in their little ones. Secondly, you only need to take 1ml each day!
