Sarah Hanratty – Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

My name is Sarah Hanratty and I am a Nutrition Practitioner.

Here’s why I’m perfectly placed to tell you everything you had ever wanted to know about nutritional solutions for optimal mental and physical health.

I have BSc in Nutritional Medicine and I am a certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome Practitioner (GAPS).

I have worked with hundreds of people seeking relief from both simple and complex health problems. Helping them to feel their best again, sometimes in as little as 90 days.

I started this clinic because too many people are struggling with poor physical and mental health not realising that there is a solution. It starts with the right nutrition programme for YOU. There is a solution and it’s personalised nutrition.

I also offer programmes to support the health of children, especially picky eaters whose diets can be lacking in key developmental nutrients. There are also programmes available to help overcome emotional eating and other eating disorders.

Hopefully I’ll be able to help you in some small or big way too.

You can book to see me in my South Birmingham clinic or we can work virtually via skype, facetime, whatever works for you.

Qualifications. Sarah obtained a degree in Nutritional Medicine with the University of West London. Since graduating she has been working as a clinical nutritionist and specialises in mental wellness including looking at gut health and the influence that it has on mental well being.

Certified Gaps Practitioner (Gut and Psychology Syndrome). Sarah trained with Dr Natasha Campbell McBride to become a certified Gaps (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner in March 2012 and has since worked with many individuals looking to maximise their success on the Gaps Protocol. She is able to individualise the protocol to suit your needs and alongside this apply a systems-based approach to supporting and optimising health. The session focuses on assessing and meeting the needs of the individual within the framework of the Gaps protocol.
