About me

Sarah Hanratty

Clinical Nutritionist

We are perfectly placed to provide you with nutritional solutions for mental and physical health.

Our clinical nutritionist has a BSc in Nutritional Medicine and is a certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome Practitioner.

Sarah has worked with hundreds of people seeking relief from both simple and complex health problems. Helping them to feel their best again, sometimes in as little as 90 days.

Sarah started this clinic because too many people are struggling with poor physical and mental health and don’t realise that there is a solution. It starts with the right nutrition programme for YOU. The solution is personalised nutrition.

We also offer programmes to support the health of children, especially picky eaters whose diets can be lacking in key developmental nutrients. There are also programmes available to help overcome emotional eating and other disordered eating.

Hopefully we’ll be able to help you in some small or big way too.

You can book an appointment for a tele-health consultation via zoom using the form below. Or if you’re wondering if we can help you – get in touch.

After working in research at the Institute of Psychiatry and the Public Health department in Kings College, London. Sarah obtained a degree in Nutritional Medicine with the University of West London. Since graduating she has been working as a clinical nutritionist and specialises in mental wellness including looking at gut health and the influence that it has on mental well being

Sarah trained with Dr Natasha Campbell McBride to become a certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome Practitioner in 2012 and is an experienced practitioner in this area. She has since worked with many individuals looking to maximise their success on the Gaps Protocol and individualise the programme to support their needs.
